Meet Your Hosts

Kim & Todd

As locals and travel enthusiasts, Kim and Todd created Lodging at First Stop Brunswick to give visitors a true taste of the history, charm, and hospitality that make Brunswick so special.

In late 2020, Kim and Todd relocated to Brunswick after falling in love with one of the town’s most iconic buildings, the Horine Building. A true staple of the community, the Horine Building has deep roots dating back to the very beginnings of the town, and its character and history captured their hearts immediately.

Once they became part of the community, their appreciation for Brunswick only grew. From its historic downtown and railroad heritage to its proximity to the C&O Canal, Harpers Ferry, and countless outdoor adventures, they knew this was a place worth sharing with others.

Today, Kim and Todd are passionate about offering spaces that feel like home,  warm, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully located for every kind of traveler. Whether you’re stopping in for a night, exploring the trail, or settling in for a longer stay, their goal is simple: to make your visit stress-free, welcoming, and filled with local charm.

They look forward to sharing all that Brunswick has to offer and helping you feel right at home during your stay.
